Week 4 - breaking the fast with gut and liver loving foods
I have set the program up specifically to make sure the symptoms are at a minimum. But in saying that everyone is different in how they go through the process
The program can be worked around work and life commitments, but if you are wanting to take this to the next level. You can take some time off work for movement and self-care.
It is best to consult with your medical practitioner about your medications. This program is designed to bring balance to your health, and I am not in any position to remove medications from your daily practice. In regard to supplements this is entirely up to you if you want to stop them for the course of the program.
Absolutely! By following the program, you are eliminating certain foods from your diet, and in no way have to add specific items into your diet, especially if they aren't in alignment with your beliefs or medical needs.
We have included the Ultimate Fibre and alkalising greens as these are the basis to supporting the detoxification pathways. The majority of this program is based on whole fresh foods that are in season. Why don’t you check out your local farmers market?
