Memory Resolution Technique

Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) was developed by Dr Benjamin Perkus, a practicing Clinical Psychologist for the last 20 years. 

It is a fully guided process based on multiple Psychology modalities: 

• EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing),
• NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), 
• NET (Neuro Emotional Therapy) and 
• EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, i.e. Tapping).

This step-by-step therapy process aims to identify and release negative thoughts, emotional blocks, cravings, feelings, experiences, memories and limiting beliefs that interfere with you reaching your goals and dreams. We will be using Young Living Essential Oils due to their purity, potency and vibrational qualities. This AFT process will gently clear out any of your negative blocks and anchor a permanent and positive shift in your life.
